MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SHOCK-ABSORBING MATERIALS USING THERMOMECHANICAL PULPING OF WASTEWOOD AND WASTEWOOD SHOCK ABSORBING MATERIAL USING THE SAME

A method for manufacturing shock-absorbing materials is provided to more soften woody tissue of small-diameter logs or waste residual logs by firstly performing a cooking process through a thermo- machine before pulping. A method for manufacturing shock-absorbing materials through thermo-mechanical pulping of waste logs comprises the following steps. The waste residual logs or small-diameter logs generated when processing timber are chipped so as to have cross section of 1.0 to 5.0mm and length of 5 to 20mm(S10). The chipped waste residual logs or small-diameter logs are cooked through a digester which is heated by the temperature of 120 to 140°C, and then are pulped by a predetermined refiner. Thermo-mechanical pulp is mixed with starch, and then is processed by dual vacuuming.
