The machine has an infusion chamber (14) to receive a product to be infused and delimited by a lower tub (3) and an upper compaction head (6). The head has an inner pipe (26) with an inlet (27), communicating with the chamber, allowing passage of the infusion via the head along an ascending direction to a distribution outlet. A flexible deformable part (30) is located in the pipe near the inlet and pierced with an orifice (35) to form the foam in the infusion during infusion passage via the head and prohibit the return of the infusion into the chamber. The part is made of silicone by molding.
