PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an accurate estimated sum to a client of a reformation construction in an early stage.;SOLUTION: A reformation mediation system includes: a scaffold operation cost estimation means 11 for estimating scaffold operation costs based on job site information about a reformation construction target property obtained in response to an estimation request transmitted from a client; a body construction cost estimation requesting means 12 for requesting the estimation of the body construction costs other than the scaffold operation costs to a plurality of order reception undertakers in response to an estimation request transmitted from the client; and an estimate sheet creation means 13 for creating an estimate sheet for reformation construction total costs by integrating the scaffold operation costs estimated by the scaffold operation cost estimation means 11 with the body construction costs obtained by the plurality of order reception undertakers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
