PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a media reformation device capable of suppressing unevenness in reformation processing in a necessary area of an object medium for the processing using a plurality of discharge electrodes.SOLUTION: A media reformation device in an image formation system comprises: a plurality of discharge electrodes 14a, which are disposed in a conveyance direction of a processing object medium when the conveyed processing object medium is reformed by discharge, and in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction, and which have a plurality of connection positions 14c disposed in the orthogonal direction different from the associated positions in the conveyance direction; and a counter electrode 12, which is disposed at a position facing the respective discharge electrodes 14a across the processing object medium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
