PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological function analysis system, device and method capable of outputting states of various types of biological functions including the condition of a brain activity distribution and allowing a user to visually easily judge them.;SOLUTION: A brain function analysis device 100 starts to measure a subject using a SQUID (Super Quantum Interference Device) by controlling the operation of the SQUID 200. The brain function analysis device 100 obtains magnetic measurement data measured by the SQUID 200. The brain function analysis device 100 recognizes the brain internal position of a nerve current generated in the subject based on the magnetic measurement data. The brain function analysis device 100 creates distribution data of the generated nerve current.
