PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantify and provide an operation condition of an air conditioner. PSOLUTION: Monitoring information of the air conditioner 12 is transmitted to a remote monitoring center 18 from a data collector 14 connected via a public line 16. An information generation part 32 of the monitoring center 18 generates thermal output information from a continuous operation period of the air conditioner 12 and temperature difference from a set temperature during the continuous operation period. A memory part 36 stores the thermal output information as accumulated thermal output information at each predetermined period.
