PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dominating treatment apparatus and a method of bacillus bacteria capable of dominating treatment of bacillus bacteria sufficiently efficiently at low cost. PSOLUTION: This dominating treatment apparatus 20 is provided with: a dominating tank 25 containing treating object sludge for dominating treatment of bacillus bacteria; aerobic parts 21a, 22a aerobically treating the treating object sludge; an aerobic part formed near the bottom part 25a of the dominating tank 25; and sludge circulation means 26, 21, 22 fluidizing the treating object sludge letting it repeatedly pass through the aerobic and anaerobic parts.
