A metallocene catalyst is provided to secure wide molecular weight distribution while maintaining excellent catalyst activity and excellent reactivity with a comonomer in the manufacture of ethylene/linear alpha-olefin copolymers. A metallocene catalyst has dinuclear constrained geometry represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, M1 and M2 are independently selected from titanium(Ti), zirconium(Zr) or hafnium(Hf); Ar is (C3~C20) arylene substituted with (C1~C20) alkyl group; Cp1 and Cp2 are independently selected from cyclopentadienyl, indenyl or fluorenyl group; Y1 and Y2 are independently (C1~C10) alkylene, (C3~C20) arylene, (C3~C20)ar(C1~C10)alkylene, or silyl(Si(R11)2-); R11 is selected from hydrogen, (C1~C10) alkyl or (C3~C20) aryl; A1 and A2 are independently selected from nitrogen(N), phosphorus(P) or sulfur(S); R1 and R2 are independently selected from hydrogen, (C1~C10) alkyl or (C3~C20) aryl; X1-X4 is independently selected from a halogen atom, (C1~C10) alkyl or (C3~C20) aryl; and m and n are independently an integer of 1-4.
