NEW DINUCLEAR COPPER (II) COMPLEXES WITH MULTIFUNCTIONAL LIGANDS, THEIR PHYSICO-CHEMICAL CHARACTERIZATION AND PROCESS FOR PREPARATION

In this work, we have obtained four new complexes Cu (II) with macrocyclic ligand tpmc (N, N', N", N"'- tetraxis (2- piridiTmethyl)- 1,4,8,11 -tetraazacyclotetra-decanes) and in the bridge connected to N, S or N, O ligands, of the general formula (Cu2 (x) tpmc) (CiO4)4 , where x= tiosemicarbaside (tsc) semicarbaside (sc), tiourea (tu) or urea (u). The obtained complexes are characterised by elementary thermal analysis, conductometry and magnetic measurement, electronic and IR spectroscopy. The values of molar conductivity in acetonitrile show 1: 4 type of electrolite. IR studies show that the ligand is bidentaly coordinated by means of N, S (tsc & tu) or N, O (sc and u ) atoms. Exo coordination of Cu (II) iones and tpmc ligands is supposed. Thermal decomposition of complexes is also done to determine thermal stability and final product of disolution. All compounds heated in the atmosphere of nitrogen are progressively disolved. Apart from that, the obtained complexes showed the microbiological activity towards some bacteria.;U ovom radu dobijena su etiri nova kompleksa Cu(II) sa makrociklinim ligandom tpmc (N,N',N",N"'- tetrakis(2-piridilmetil)-1,4,8,11-tetraazaciklotetradekanom) i u mostu vezanim N,S ili N,O ligandima, opte formule [Cu2(X)tpmc](ClO4)4, gde je X = tiosemikarbazid (tsc), semikarbazid (sc), tiourea(tu) ili urea (u). Dobijeni kompleksi su okarakterisani elementarnom i termikom analizom, konduktometrijskim i magnetnim merenjima, elektronskom i IR spektroskopijom. Vrednosti molarne provodljivosti u acetonitrilu pokazuju 1:4 tip elektrolita. IR studije ukazuju da je ligand X bidentatno koordinovan preko N,S (tsc i tu) ili N, O (sc i u) atoma. Pretpostavljena je exo koordinacija (Cu(II) jona i tpmc liganda. Uradjeno je i termiko razlaganje kompleksa da bi se odredila termika stabilnost i krajnji proizvodi razlaganja. Sva jedinjenja zagrevana u atmosferi azota razlau se progresivno.
