PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly set knowledge necessary for the selection of a person in each role in an organization activity, and to collect information as to whether each person has such knowledge.;SOLUTION: This human resource management support device totals the number of electronic mails the text of each of which includes a keyword representing knowledge necessary for a project to be newly planned for each person set as a sender, and when the number is equal to or more than a threshold, the human resource management support device determines that the person has the knowledge, and displays the knowledge each person has, or displays the person who has each knowledge on a knowledge map indicating a correlation of knowledge necessary for the project.
