To provide a human resource contract management device, a human resource contract management method, and a human resource contract management program which can perform automatic generation of purchase schedule information and purchase management from ordering to purchase recording if a payment closing object period and a staffing period do not match.SOLUTION: Display is controlled so as to prompt a user to input contract period data, a closing date, and a basic amount per month. In response to input of the contract period data, the closing date, and the basic amount, a closing object period of each month is specified on the basis of the contract period data and the closing date, and order detail data including a basic amount in a contract start month and a basic amount in a contract end month is acquired on the basis of the closing object period and the basic amount, and purchase schedule data including a budgeted purchase amount in each closing object period and a purchase completion identifier relating to whether purchase is completed or not is acquired on the basis of the contract period data, the basic amount, and the order detail data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
