PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit information to a user in a more natural way by the tactile feeling on the sole.;SOLUTION: The tactile feeling presentation device includes a plurality of vibration panels 102 disposed on the sole of the user; a walking recognition part 124 determining whether the sole touches the ground or not; and a texture reproducing part 126 vibrating the plurality of vibration panels 102 based on a prescribed vibration pattern when the walking recognition part 124 determines that the sole of the user touches the ground.
