PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a statistical timing analyzer for considering, throughout a range, all variation factors treated in the range, while suppressing the time required to execute timing analysis from increasing.;SOLUTION: A statistical static-timing analyzing unit 12a calculates a statistical slack value in statistical consideration of n variation factors, based on a statistical static timing analysis of a semiconductor integrated circuit. A corner-condition determining unit 15a determines corner conditions of critical paths based on the statistical slack value.
