Method for bacterioscopic evaluation of level of contamination of beef and porkmeat with micro-organisms relates to agriculture, in particular to veterinary medicine, and can be used in production laboratories at lines for meat processing, at coal face enterprises and enterprises for realization and storage of beef and pork, in state laboratories of veterinary medicine and in laboratories of veterinary-sanitary expertise at agro-food market.
