PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a behavior history system in which a behavior of a target person can be intuitively grasped or reconsidered and further a relationship with the other person can also be intuitively grasped or reconsidered, a behavior biological history system including the same and a behavior history program.SOLUTION: A behavior history system includes behavior information receiving means 22 which defines information including at least a behavior type indicating a type of a behavior that a target person takes and a behavior time indicating time in which the behavior is taken as behavior information and is capable of receiving input of the behavior information of the target person, scatter chart creating means 23 which creates a scatter chart by plotting the behavior information received by the behavior information receiving means in a coordinate space with one axis as the behavior type and another axis as the behavior time, and scatter chart output means 24 which outputs the scatter chart created by the scatter chart creating means. The behavior information receiving means 22 is capable of receiving behavior information of a plurality of target persons and on the scatter chart, behavior information of a plurality of target persons can be displayed.
