The arrangement has a light diaphragm (2) automatically movable in a region of a windscreen (6) by a control device depending on lighting conditions, where the diaphragm is formed as a transparent display device (3). The diaphragm exhibits variable light transmittance that is adjustable depending on the lighting conditions and/or light incidence angles. A light sensor (4) is arranged in and/or outside of a passenger compartment of the vehicle for determining the lighting conditions. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising a light diaphragm arrangement and a headliner.
