PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation site switching system capable of switching connection without requiring a load balancer, in a server/client system equipped with servers of plural systems.SOLUTION: An operation site switching system includes: a terminal connecting to a system of a predetermined operation site; failure detecting means for detecting a failure of the system of the operation site; and switching command transmitting means for transmitting an automatically switching command including information necessary for switching a system which should be connected to the terminal connected to the operation site, when the failure detecting means detects the failure. The terminal refers to the information necessary for switching the system which should be connected in the received automatically switching command when receiving the automatically switching command, and switches the system which should be connected.
