PURPOSE: A simulator for injection training applied with virtual reality and haptic technology is provided to simplify the structure thereof and facilitate production and maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A graphic simulator(100) outputs virtual image of a part of intravenous injection. A haptic device(200) comprises an Injection moving module, an injection reaction module, a blood vessel fixing module, and a blood vessel expanding module. The Injection moving module is yawing, pitching, and moving horizontally. The injection reaction module provides the injection reaction which is similar to the real. The blood vessel fixing module simulates the fixing of the blood vessel. The blood vessel expanding module simulates the expansion of the blood vessel. An injection device(300) actually simulates a syringe and a catheter. The controller is comprised of a microprocessor and a communication module. The microprocessor processes signal information of the haptic device, the graphic simulator and the injection device. The communication module communicates between the graphic simulator and the microprocessor.
