The present invention relates a haptic augmented reality based artificial radial pulsation simulator, a simulator operating method thereof, and a pulse diagnosis training method, which provides virtual reality for a real pulse diagnosis situation if a trainee touches a virtual wrist by fingers to press pressure, thereby efficiently performing the pulse diagnosis training. More specifically, the present invention provides the artificial radial pulsation simulator using the haptic augmented reality for the pulse diagnosis training, comprising: a radial pulsation generating unit generating the artificial radial pulsation; a pulse diagnosis guide means having a virtual wrist unit to which the artificial radial pulsation generated by the radial pulsation generating unit is transferred and a measuring unit measuring pressure applied to the virtual wrist unit by the fingers of the user, and guiding positions and pressure for the pulse diagnosis by the users fingers; and a vision guide means sensing the users fingers based on the virtual reality and displaying virtual reality image data, made by imaging the users fingers and wrist, and educational content.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
