PURPOSE: A user wearable type phototherapy treatment apparatus is provided to irradiate rays and heat on the painful region, and to be able to promote the blood circulation and to treat the pain at the same time.;CONSTITUTION: A user wearable type phototherapy treatment apparatus comprises a main body(110a), a power supply unit(120) which is installed in the main body and generates electricity, and an irradiation part which is connected to the power supply unit and irradiates the infrared ray and the ultraviolet ray to the object of interest when the electricity is applied.
