PURPOSE: A drive shaft joint structure and a clipped corner measuring method are provided to improve the marketability and safety of a vehicle by accurately measuring the maximum corner-clipping amount of a drive shaft joint for sensitively influencing the intensity of a constant speed joint.;CONSTITUTION: A drive shaft joint structure comprises an outer wheel(100), an inner wheel(110), a drive shaft(120), and an optical sensor(130). The outer wheel comprises a semielliptic internal space and forms the outer shape of a joint. The inner wheel is formed into a nut shape and is inserted into the outer wheel. The drive shaft is inserted into the center of the inner wheel. The tip end of the drive shaft is partially penetrates the inner wheel for positioning in the internal space. The optical sensor is installed at the tip end of the drive shaft and is positioned in the internal space.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
