CONSTITUTION: Heat of a reaction tank is maintained at 300C, 1,000 g of lacquer extract and 30 g tannic acid is inserted into the reaction tank and stirred to obtain a lacquer extract composition. 1,000 g of lacquer extract composition is inserted into the reaction tank and stirred before adding 1,000 ml of water and stirring to obtain a lacquer extract solution. 1,000 g of lacquer, 1,000 g of Chinese pepper, and 500 g of Houttuynia cordata are boiled with 2,500 ml of water to obtain an extract. 1,000 g of lacquer extract solution, 1,000 g of Chinese pepper, 500 g of Houttuynia cordata, and 500 ml of water are boiled to obtain a Chinese pepper composition. 1,000 ml of washing water and 50-100 g of Chinese pepper composition are mixed to obtain Chinese pepper composition washing water. The Chinese pepper composition washing water is mixed with the extract, and fish is dipped into the mixture before drying.
