PURPOSE: Red pepper paste using pear and apple juice, and a producing method thereof are provided to reduce the aging period of the red pepper paste. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of red pepper paste using pear and apple juice comprises the following steps: adding water to the same amount of pear and apple juice, boiling the mixture for an hour, and adding rice powder into the mixture after saccharifying with ma roasting red pepper powder and fermented soybean powder; and mixing the pear and apple juice mixture with the roasted red pepper powder and fermented soybean powder, and adding bay salt into the mixture for aging.
