PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide packaged fruit/vegetable capable of manufacturing a packaged fruit/vegetable of a sealed packaging type ready for vacuum pre-cooling.;SOLUTION: There is provided a packaged fruit/vegetable 40 in which both side edges of a packaging film which is formed into a cylindrical bag are stuck together into a center seal part 41, and both end openings in a direction crossing the center seal part are thermally sealed to package a fruit/vegetable 13. Ventilation ports 43 which are not stuck and are communicated to inside/outside of the packaged fruit/vegetable are provided for the center seal part. The ventilation ports are formed obliquely to the center seal part. The port is configured to be blocked due to retained condensation to make a sealed state when the condensation is large, and, in a state of small condensation, set to keep the fruit/vegetable in a low oxygen concentration and high carbon dioxide concentration state by securing ventilation within a range not reaching an anaerobic state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
