Current Situation and Development Trend of Fruit and Vegetable Fresh-keeping Packaging Technology

摘要

This paper introduces the importance of fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping packaging firstly. Then, it summarizes the current research on the fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping packaging technology both in China and other countries, and discusses the principle and characteristic of various technologies. After that, this paper analyzes the packaging materials for fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping. Finally, it predicts the new trend of fresh keeping packaging technology. Those studies will provide usefulreferences to the research and development on new fresh keeping packaging technologies.
