PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VoIP communication device, a communication method between VoIP communication devices and a communication system which can prevent the occurrence of cutoff of calls, when switching from an IP network line to a PSTN line.;SOLUTION: The VoIP communication device which can place telephone calls by switching between the IP network line and the PSTN line includes a voice data storing means (208) which digitally converts the voice signals received via the PSTN line and stores them as voice data; and a switching control means (209), which switches from the IP network line to the PSTN line when storage of the voice data received via the PSTN line in the middle of a call state from a VoIP communication device of the other party actually calling via the IP network line in the voice data storing means is confirmed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
