PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VoIP line control system which can continue VoIP communication.;SOLUTION: A VoIP line control system comprises a VoIP communication device 100 which is a communication terminal controlling VoIP communication and includes: as a plurality of VoIP communication circuits for VoIP communication in addition to a PSTN communication circuit for a PSTN line, for example, an IP network interface part 203 and an IP network transmission/reception circuit part 211 for a IP line; and a WiMAX network interface part 204 and a WiMAX network transmission/reception circuit part 214 for a WiMAX line. A main control part 208 continues the VoIP communication by switching to the WiMAX line when, for example, a VoIP speech quality in using the IP line is degraded lower than a first threshold value predetermined and registered in an IP network quality threshold value storage part 209; and does not switch to the telecommunication using the PSTN line unless the quality becomes degraded lower than a second threshold value predetermined and registered as a quality level showing difficulty in continuity of the VoIP communication using any VoIP line.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
