PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noxious insect repellent that has a high noxious-insect-repellent effect and is also excellent in heat resistance; and to provide a noxious-insect-repellent processed product such as a fiber, a sheet and a molded article that is a processed product obtained by using the noxious insect repellent and various resins and exhibits excellent noxious insect repellency.SOLUTION: A noxious insect repellent is obtained by supporting a chemical agent by an inorganic porous substance. The chemical agent is a pyrethroid-based compound having a molecular weight of 325-425. The inorganic porous substance has a BET specific surface area of 550-1,000 m/g, and has a small pore size of 0.8-15 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
