The present invention relates to a system for Chinese phonetic transcription of Chinese characters using the Korean alphabet, and a method therefor and, more specifically, to a Chinese phonetic transcription system and a method therefor which borrow the idea of Hunminjeongeum, of which the basic principle of creation is to allow Chinese characters to be expressed phonetically, in order to express the Chinese pronunciation of Chinese characters by converting the Chinese characters on the basis of the Korean pronunciation of the Chinese characters, thereby allowing a user to easily learn or express the Chinese pronunciation of Chinese characters or Chinese words.
