CONSTRUCTION WORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON BIM AND MANAGEMENT METHOD OF THE SAME

The present invention provides a construction work management method based on building information modeling (BIM). The construction work management method comprises the steps of: constructing a construction information library module for construction of a building; executing a construction information planning module through a construction information library in a BIM model of the building; executing a construction information input module inputting construction information regarding each construction plan and each construction performance carried out based on the construction information planning module; and outputting construction information including a construction plan and a construction performance generated by the input of the construction information. Thus, the constructed construction information library module can be connected to each module for use to manage construction work more efficiently, the construction information library module can be reused later to lay foundation for the reuse of the construction information, and when a method of construction is selected, activities can be automatically generated and arranged by the construction information library module, so the construction of a building can be planned and managed more efficiently.
