The present invention provides a building information modeling (BIM)-based construction work management system, which manages the concrete placement status and the crack status of a relevant building by using the BIM model of the relevant building associated with a construction information library module, in which construction information of the relevant building to be built is accumulated, comprising: a BIM viewer module which is associated with the construction information library module based on a mobile device, which allows a worker to check concrete placement information and concrete shape information of the BIM model of the relevant building on the site and to enter the actual concrete placement information and the actual concrete shape information on the site; and a concrete management module which is associated with the BIM viewer module, which saves the actual concrete placement information and the actual concrete shape information, which manages the actual concrete placement information and the actual concrete shape information, and which outputs a report on the actual concrete placement information and the actual concrete shape information. Accordingly, the present invention can manage concrete placement information and crack management information of a relevant building by using a BIM model based on a BIM three-dimensional object, and efficiently manage concrete.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
