Disclosed are a repetitive learning device and a repetitive learning method for improving learning performance. The repetitive learning method according to the present invention includes: step A) in which an execution contents group is set by a selection unit, learning contents of the execution contents group being selected from learning contents of data groups for an exposure schedule date the same as or after an exposure execution date; step B) in which the learning contents of the execution contents group are exposed by a learner interface unit and a learner response, which is a response regarding whether each of the exposed learning contents of the execution contents group is known, is received, a recognition ranking with respect to each of the learning contents of the execution contents group being obtained in step B); and step C) in which each of the learning contents of the execution contents group exposed by the learner interface unit is stored in the data group selected among the data groups in accordance with an exposure interval day of each, the exposure interval day being based on the recognition ranking and an exposure cardinal number. According to the repetitive learning device and method of the present invention, the repetitive learning cycle of the learning contents is adjusted depending on how much a user knows, and thus his or her learning performance can be improved. In addition, according to the repetitive learning device and method of the present invention, a proper amount of learning contents are effectively provider for the user, and thus the learning performance is improved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
