PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To score description answers on a learning support server side.SOLUTION: An MFP 100 (image formation apparatus) or portable terminal 300 transmits description answers entered into an answer sheet having selection answers and description answers to a learning support server 200, which sends the description answers to a terminal 600 of a scorer, and transmits scoring results received from the terminal 600 of the scorer. Further, a learning state analysis part on the side of the learning support server 200 analyzes a learning state based upon results of automatic scoring of answers in selection answer fields of the answer sheet from the MFP 100 and the portable terminal 300 and the scoring results from the terminal 600 of the scorer, and generates a learning state graph based upon analysis results of the learning state, and a system control part transmits the learning state graph to the MFP 100 and portable terminal 300.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
