Herein disclosed is a display stand that informs a consumer of the many advantages of buying a sustainable/eco-friendly and/or a recyclable product. More particularly the invention pertains to a display stand and system which encourages a consumer not only to purchase the product for environmental purposes but also to assemble or disassemble the product at the point of sale for a reduced sales price. Still further the display stand and/or product includes indicia which may include a quick reader code and/or an icon which informs the consumer of the carbon imprint for the product.
