According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing medicinal herb probiotics for feed supplement comprises the following steps: 1) inoculating sterilized media with a starter to perform liquid cultivation in a shaking incubator at a temperature of 30 to 40°C and an agitation speed of 80 to 200 rpm for 20 to 28 hours; 2) inoculating liquid media with the liquid cultivated starter to perform cultivation in a fermenter at a temperature of 30 to 40°C, an agitation speed of 50 to 150 rpm, and an oxygen utilization velocity of 0.5 to 1.5 vvm for 10 to 20 hours; 3) inoculating solid media with the starter cultivated in the step 2) to perform solid cultivation at a temperature of 30 to 40°C and a humidity of 90% or more for 20 to 28 hours, wherein the solid media includes 60 to 85 wt% of wheat bran, 1 to 10 wt% of glucose, 1 to 10 wt% of sucrose, 1 to 10 wt% of peptone, 0.01 to 5 wt% of calcium hydrogen phosphate, 0.01 to 5 wt% of calcium carbonate, 1 to 10 wt% of an yeast extract, 1 to 5 wt% of minerals, and 1 to 5 wt% of growth factors; 4) drying a solid cultivated body generated in the step 3); and mixing 0.01 to 5 wt% of the solid cultivated body dried in the step 4) with 30 to 60 wt% of a first medicinal herb product and 35 to 65 wt% of a yeast cultivated body. When the medicinal herb probiotics manufactured by the method of the present invention is fed to cattle by being added to feed, an effect of enhancing a fattening performance and improving meat quality is provided.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
