The present invention relates to a method for preparing well-being glutinous rice cake containing natural ingredients, including a step of cutting ginseng (fresh ginseng) in edible size and then preparing stuffing including ginseng powder, red beans, and beans. The present invention further relates to the well-being glutinous rice cake prepared thereby. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for preparing well-being glutinous rice cake, including the following steps: cleaning ginseng or fresh ginseng and then cutting the same in edible size; preparing stuffing by mixing the cut fresh ginseng along with various natural ingredients; and finishing the glutinous rice cake by putting the mixture into a ginseng powder-added outer skin. According to the present invention, the well-being glutinous rice cake promotes health, and bitterness of ginseng is masked by adding aromatic components in the outer skin.
