The present invention relates to a method for preparing glutinous rice cake containing fresh fruits and to fresh fruit glutinous rice cake prepared thereby. The method for preparing glutinous rice cake containing fresh fruits comprises the following steps: (S1) pretreating and cutting fresh fruits; (S2) soaking the cut fresh fruits into salt water or vinegar water for 5-10 minutes; (S3) preparing glutinous rice cake using glutinous rice powder; and (S4) putting the fresh fruits pretreated in step (S2) into the glutinous rice cake, and sealing the resultant product. The fresh fruit glutinous rice cake prepared by the preparation method contains the fresh fruits in the glutinous rice cake as the filling for rice cake by triturating or grinding the fresh fruits without deforming the shape or the condition of the fresh fruits, thereby: having no burden of a sweet taste; having clean and fresh tastes; and enabling a user to take vitamins. In addition, the fresh fruit glutinous rice cake improves storability of the fresh fruits and obtains sterilization and disinfection effects by pretreating the fresh fruits with the salt water or vinegar water. Accordingly, the fresh fruit glutinous rice cake can be effectively used as a well-being snack or a staple food for anyone, and is expected to improve not only a domestic preference, but a preference of foreigners regarding the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
