The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a fertilizer composition comprising diammonium phosphate (DAP), and to a method for manufacturing the fertilizer composition comprising DAP. With the manufacturing apparatus and the manufacturing method of the present invention, DAP which can be used in various applications such as a solid fertilizer of a high-quality and a soil conditioner, is recovered from wastes containing high concentration ammoniacal nitrogen.
