摘要

The continuous digestion technological conditions of phosphate tailings with high magnesium content in sulfuric and phosphoric mixed acid is studied in this paper.The influences of excess coefficient of sulfuric acid,weight liquid to solid,reaction temperature and time on conversion of P2O5 and MgO are discussed.The influence of infiltration capacity of phosphogypsum by the concentration of liquid-phase SO3 is discussed too.Under the optimal technological conditions,the conversion of P2O5 is 95.56% and MgO 98.63%,the filtration rate of phosphogypsum increases with the increasing of liquid-phase concentration of SO3,the optimal apparent concentration of SO3 is 0.135~0.14g·mL-1 in liquid-phase.The filtration rate of phosphogypsum is 1473kg· m-2· h-1.N-P-Mg compound fertilizer was produced by adding magnesia powder and inflating ammonia in filtering medium.
