A gold probe manufacturing method for tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy of the present invention, comprises: a probe material immersing step of vertically immersing a probe material formed of gold wire into an etching solution contained in a container; and a probe material etching step of disposing a negative electrode formed of a gold ring around a container inlet applying power from a power supply to etch the probe material, wherein the probe material etching step causes a gradual etching of the probe material to occur on an interface point where the etching solution and air meet by a chemical reaction between the probe material and the etching solution such that a lower end of the probe material is removed by its own weight.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
