The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of salt using Salicornia herbacea and loess which comprises the following steps: assorting and washing leaves, stems, or roots of Salicornia herbacea to remove impurities and preparing a Salicornia herbacea material; crushing or pulverizing the Salicornia herbacea material to obtain Salicornia herbacea powder; mixing the Salicornia herbacea with purified water or seawater, and boiling the mixture at 100-300°C to obtain a Salicornia herbacea concentrate with the salinity of 4-7; adding bay salt into the Salicornia herbacea concentrate, and adding purified water or seawater into the mixture until the salinity becomes 2-3 to obtain a Salicornia herbacea diluent; drying the Salicornia herbacea diluent to obtain Salicornia herbacea salt in the salinity of 2-3; and adding loess effective components into the Salicornia herbacea salt.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
