The structure of the measuring device is provided with automatic weather station, altimeter low altitude to measure the parameters of the functions of excitement, laser scanner, laser bathymetry, equipment to perform video and radar imagery, underwater osmotrovye device, remotely operated underwater vehicle. Marine patrol vessel is also equipped with navigation system, a system of direct georeferencing, emergency rescue equipment, including life rafts, inflatable, underwater diving complex.;EFFECT: invention provides an increase in reliability of the measured parameters of the environment while increasing efficiency in obtaining background information in the area of ongoing research.
