ADDITIVE FOR FROZEN/DILUTED SOLUTION OF PIG SPERMS, AND CRYOPRESERVATION METHOD OF PIG SPERMS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide additive for frozen/diluted solution of pig sperms and a cryopreservation method of pig sperms which do not require OEP.;SOLUTION: Additive for frozen/diluted solution of pig sperm consists of nonionic surfactant. Further, a cryopreservation method of pig sperms is a method in which sperms which are obtained by removing seminal plasma from semen are refrigerated to 14 to 16°C, the sperms are added to hypertonic solution having the osmotic pressure of 100 to 1000 mOsm/kg and refrigerated to 4 to 6°C, and furthermore, the sperms are frozen after adding cryoprotective agent and additive for frozen/diluted solution of the pig sperms.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
