PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform quality determination of a food product label by surely detecting a loss (printing loss) of information on a food allergy which is important information in the food product label.SOLUTION: A food product label inspection device comprises: a first recognition part which performs pattern recognition by using a first master pattern corresponding to a first display region equivalent to the entire information display region of the food product label with respect to an inspection object image including an image of the food product label corresponding to image data; a second recognition part which performs pattern recognition by using a second master pattern corresponding to a second display region being a part of the first display region and a region where information on a food product allergy is displayed on the basis of the recognition result of the first recognition part; and a specification part which specifies a loss part of the information on the food product allergy on the basis of the recognition result of the second recognition part.
