INTERNET-BASED COOKING TEACHING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

摘要

An Internet-based cooking teaching management system, comprising virtual glasses, a virtual machine, and an information collector. A virtual cooking scene is constructed using virtual reality technology and is presented to cooking learners to be taught by means of the virtual glasses, so that they seem to be personally on the scene; and the information collector collects sounds and movements of the cooking learners to interact with the virtual scene, thereby actually and efficiently teaching the cooking learners about different cuisines and cooking skills during a cooking learning process and enabling them to quickly learn and master cooking methods without wasting any real food stuff and materials. In addition, the learners' learning processes and learning details are recorded, and then teachers correspondingly grade the learners according to the learning details and examine them by means of a final exam.
