The method comprises: recording a distance from a hotel to each specific location; reading a distance requirement to a certain specific location as inputted by a user; according to said record and the distance requirement as inputted by the user, displaying hotels that meet the requirement of the user. The present invention matches hotels in a user's destination city with a distance requirement of the user, so that a system may automatically recommend hotels that meet the distance requirement to the user, allowing the user to better select a hotel according to his or her travel plans, thereby offering convenience for when customers make travel arrangements.
