The present invention provides a 3-miRNA classifier of miR-342-3p, miR-3621, and miR361-3p as a miRNA classifier for diagnosing lymph node metastasis of a colorectal cancer and a method for diagnosing lymph node metastasis from a colorectal cancer using the same. According to the present invention, the miR-342-3p and the miR361-3p among the 3-miRNA classifier are controlled downward in comparison with LNM negative in CRC of LNM positive, and the miR-3621 is controlled upwards in comparison with the lymph node metastasis negative in CRC of the lymph node metastasis positive so that the 3-miRNA classifier can be used as a biomarker for determining the lymph node metastasis from the colorectal cancer. Also, E2F1, RAP2B, FOXM1, PIK3R3, AKT1, and WINT5A which are a protein revealed from a target gene of the miR-342-3p, the miR-361-3p, or miR-3621 are also significantly revealed and increased in the CRC of the lymph node metastasis positive. So, the 3-miRNA classifier can be used as the biomarker for determining the lymph node metastasis from the colorectal cancer. According to the present invention, in a case the protein revealed from the target gene and the 3-miRNA classifier is used as the biomarker, whether the lymph node metastasis from the colorectal cancer at an early stage occurs can be accurately and rapidly determined. So, the number of unnecessary additional surgeries to the T1-stage CRC enabling surgical removal by endoscope can be reduced. Therefore, the miRNA classifier is effective.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
