The cognitive disorder self-diagnosis saliva tester comprises: a support; a saliva accommodating unit which is arranged on the support and accommodates saliva; and a detecting unit which is arranged on the support and detects tau protein and amyloid beta which are included in the saliva. The support can transfer the saliva from the saliva accommodating unit to the detecting unit. The cognitive disorder marker analyzer comprises: a main body and a cassette which is coupled to the main body to be detachable. The cassette includes: a saliva accommodating unit which is arranged on the cassette and accommodates the saliva; a saliva transferring unit which is connected to the saliva accommodating unit and transfers the saliva; and a detecting unit which is connected to the saliva transferring unit and detects tau protein and amyloid beta which are contained in the saliva. The main body can analyze the detected tau protein and amyloid beta and can measure concentration. The cognitive disorder prediction algorithm comprises: a measuring step of collecting personal information of examinees and measuring concentration of tau protein and amyloid beta which are included in saliva of the examinees; a step of digitizing the collected personal information; a calculating step of calculating a risk of cognitive disorder by putting the calculated concentration of tau protein and amyloid beta into a formula which is drawn from regression analysis; and a predicting step of predicting occurrence of a cognitive disorder by using the cognitive disorder risk.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
