To provide a voluntary reconstruction method of an apartment building, a voluntary reconstruction project plan of an apartment building, and a project output program for a voluntary reconstruction project of an apartment building which can promote voluntary reconstruction of an apartment building.SOLUTION: It is a method for voluntary reconstruction of an apartment building planned by the self-reconstruction business of the apartment building and in which the voluntary reconstruction of the apartment building is performed including the repayment plan for each of the project expenses, and the amount of the burden on each participant in the voluntary reconstruction business by an owner of the apartment segment of the voluntary reconstruction business plan for the apartment building is input to a computer, the voluntary reconstruction business plan of the apartment building is outputted from the computer, and the loan by the financial institution for the self-reconstruction business plan of the apartment building is examined, and the business receives the examination of the loan by the financial institution for taking out the loans from the financial institutions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
