PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure convenience of daily life and variety of evacuation routes in a disaster, by changing a apartment house of direct access to a balcony access type apartment house, installing an elevator, securing a plurality of evacuation routes, allowing residents to comfortably live a life even in construction, and facilitating the movement to a separate building.;SOLUTION: A new corridor is arranged in the substantially same height as the floor height of the respective floors on the outdoor stairs side of the apartment house of direct access of a plurality of buildings. Among outdoor stairs connected to the doorway of respective dwelling units, only any one side stairs of the ascending side or the descending side are removed, and another one side stairs are maintained without removing. This operation is similarly repeated in the respective floors. The doorway of the dwelling units and the new corridor arranged on the same floor as the dwelling units are connected by a passage in a space of a removed side stairs part, and the maintained side stairs, the doorway of the dwelling units and the new corridor arranged on the upper floor or the lower floor of the dwelling units, are connected by new stairs, and mutual new corridors of an adjacent building provided with the new corridor and the new stairs are connected thereafter.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
